I loved the location-right across from a major shopping center and super close to restaurants and bars. It made exploring so easy! The apartment was spacious and had a nice kitchenette which was handy for quick meals. Plus, the bathroom products were awesome; they smelled amazing!
But, wow, the bed was sagging on one side, which made for an uncomfortable night. The parking situation was a hassle too; it’s limited, and I had to return to my car after checking in to put a notice in the window. And don’t even get me started on the noisy air conditioner—it definitely ruined the vibe!

Great location with everything you need right at your doorstep! The room was clean, warm, and well-equipped for cooking. Staff were friendly and helpful, even accommodating my early check-in. A few minor issues, like limited toiletries, but overall a lovely stay in the heart of the city.

We loved rooms with the balcony. The staff was very attentive, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. This location was excellent, so close to restaurants and major shopping centre, numerous cafes and restaurants and the shopping district.
The staff we met were very rude.

The apartment setup was perfect for my needs, especially the spacious two-bed configuration, which was very reasonably priced considering the location directly across from the Canberra Centre. The recreational amenities were fantastic; I enjoyed the outdoor pool and made use of the 24-hour fitness center. My room was clean, equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials, and even featured a large, comfy bed that seemed bigger than a King size. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the flexibility with an early check-in.
Minor repairs needed.

The location was magnificent, and we could reach a local museum by walking. It was located in a quiet area near to the main shopping center and short walks to the restaurants and nearby shopping and restaurants and Canberra for the Writer's Festival. - Had an enjoyable stay for a short business trip & would stay here again.
